Welcome to Glen Wax Co. These Terms & Conditions apply when you use our website or purchase products from us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

Glen Wax Co. is an independent home fragrance business based in Fort William, Scotland.

PRODUCTS
We make every effort to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. As many of our wax melts are handmade in small batches, slight variations in colour, appearance, decoration or finish may occur.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
Please always follow the safety and usage instructions supplied with our products.
PRICES
All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£).
The price shown when you place your order is the price you will be charged, together with any applicable delivery costs shown during checkout.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
You will receive an order confirmation after completing checkout. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where payment has already been taken.
Please check that your delivery address and contact information are correct before completing your order.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made through one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
Orders will not normally be dispatched until payment has been successfully received or authorised.
Payment information is processed securely through our payment providers. Glen Wax Co. does not need to store your full payment card details to fulfil your purchase.
DELIVERY
We currently deliver to eligible UK addresses using Royal Mail and/or other delivery services displayed at checkout.
Available delivery methods and charges will be shown before you complete your order.
Any delivery dates or times provided are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you will normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to applicable exceptions.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you will normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Products should be returned in suitable condition. You may be responsible for return postage where you simply change your mind.
Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by law, including certain personalised or made-to-order products.
Please contact hello@glenwaxco.co.uk before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate return information.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at hello@glenwaxco.co.uk, including your order number and details of the problem.
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
WAX MELT SAFETY
Our wax melts are intended for home fragrance use only.
They must not be eaten or consumed.
Always use wax melts with a suitable wax burner and follow the instructions supplied with your burner and our products.
Keep wax melts, burners and associated products away from children and pets.
Never leave a lit candle or burner unattended and keep burners away from flammable materials.
Customers are responsible for using products according to the supplied safety instructions.
ALLERGIES & FRAGRANCE INFORMATION
Our products contain fragrance materials. Relevant safety and ingredient information will be provided on product packaging where required.
If you have concerns regarding a particular ingredient or fragrance, please contact us before purchasing.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Glen Wax Co. name, branding, website content, product photographs, graphics and other original material on this website may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.
OUR LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses resulting from misuse of our products or failure to follow supplied safety instructions, to the extent permitted by law.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally to reflect changes to our business, website or applicable requirements.
The terms that apply to your purchase will be those in effect when your order is placed.
